Blake Lively just got booted from Taylor Swift’s Super Bowl suite, and despite whatever fairy tale she’s telling herself, it’s not a scheduling conflict—it’s a social exile.
According to TMZ, their friendship went up in flames after Blake’s delusions of grandeur got exposed in a leaked text where she told Justin Baldoni she was Khaleesi and that Taylor and Ryan Reynolds were her “dragons.”
Taylor, who has built an empire off knowing when she’s being played, was understandably pissed and made it clear—she was never Blake’s dragon, and she sure as hell wasn’t about to be used as a shield in Blake’s legal game.
Blake was running her mouth, dropping Taylor’s name like it was a lifeline, trying to make it seem like Swift was backing her in some behind-the-scenes script dispute. Meanwhile, Blake is allegedly nowhere near the guest list for Taylor’s Super Bowl suite, where Taylor will be watching Travis Kelce—who’s recently triggered the left with his open enthusiasm for Donald Trump—take a shot at his third ring in a row.
Taylor had absolutely no idea what was going on. She walked into Blake’s penthouse, thinking it was just a casual visit, exchanged a polite “can’t wait to see your movie” with Justin, and left—only to later find out that Blake had turned the whole thing into a manipulative power move.
And if there’s one thing Taylor doesn’t tolerate, it’s being played like a prop in someone else’s drama. Blake’s acting like nothing happened, claiming she and Taylor had a good cry, hugged it out, and everything’s fine.
But according to TMZ, sources close to Taylor say otherwise—Blake didn’t just fumble the friendship, she got herself permanently benched.
Moral of the story: Don’t use Taylor Swift as a pawn in your Hollywood chess game—because once you're out, you're out.
